CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancelation will allow another person to receive timely care. This policy allows me to make better use of my clients' available appointments.

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT

To cancel an appointment, please call or text 505-456-3184 at least 24 hours in advance. 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY

A "no show" is anyone who fails to cancel an appointment within 24 hours or anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a missed appointment in the client's chart. The client will be charged for the full amount for the missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
